Simone Carena is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in managing and opening luxury hotels and restaurants. Currently serving as the General Manager of Grand Hotel Riviera 4*S since June 2016, Simone has overseen the establishment of a seafront hotel featuring 98 rooms, a private beach club, and multiple dining options. Prior to this role, Simone successfully led the opening of Yubari Barcelona as Managing Director, which earned a Michelin star in 2015 for its innovative Japanese Nikkei cuisine.
