Kaitlin Hastings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Citrix Partner Specialist and previously as a Citrix Renewal Specialist at CDW since February 2013, Kaitlin is responsible for managing the renewal process and ensuring timely renewals for numerous customers, while also overseeing incentive activities and maintaining data integrity within software incentive portals. Prior to working at CDW, Kaitlin held various roles in retail, including Merchandise Handler and Kenneth Cole Specialist at Macy's, where responsibilities included inventory management and sales promotion. Additional retail experience encompasses positions at Bloomingdale's and American Girl, focusing on customer service and sales, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Consumer Science with a concentration in Fashion Merchandising from Western Illinois University.
