Steve Nieslawski

Steve Nieslawski is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and litigation management. Currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at CDW since May 2005, Nieslawski provides strategic legal counsel to senior management and leads litigation efforts while overseeing eCommerce operations and corporate intellectual property strategy. Previously, Nieslawski held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Sears, Roebuck and Company, managing specialty litigation for the retailer. As a founding equity partner at Cahill, Christian & Kunkle, Ltd., and an equity partner at Phelan, Pope & John, Ltd., Nieslawski directed complex commercial litigation and provided legal oversight. Nieslawski began legal career as an Associate Attorney at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and has also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Appellate Court of Illinois. Nieslawski earned a Juris Doctor with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
