Shay Reboh

Shay Reboh is a highly experienced researcher in the fields of materials science and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Research Engineer at IBM since November 2022 and as a Research Engineer (Senior Expert) at CEA - Leti since March 2018. Previous roles include Research Engineer (assignee at IBM Research) at CEA-Leti from August 2015 to February 2018, where significant contributions were made to the development of sub-5nm node Nanosheet transistors, and Research Engineer at CEA - Leti from October 2011 to October 2015, focusing on SOI substrate technology. Prior experience also includes work as a Materials Scientist at CNRS (2009-2011) and as a PostDoc/Lecturer at UFRGS (2008-2009). Shay Reboh holds a Ph.D. in Physics and Materials Science from Université de Poitiers and a degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
