Martin Nguyen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and operations within the energy sector. As Head of Software Engineering at ENABL A/S since June 2023, Martin manages a global team of over 20 engineers and developers, focusing on delivering timely and budget-compliant software solutions while implementing strategic departmental plans. Prior roles include managing OT SCADA systems for Eurowind Energy and serving as a SCADA Engineer at Vestas, where expertise in various communication protocols and environmental control systems was developed. Martin began their career as an in-house software developer at Dexia, where significant contributions were made in software solutions and cybersecurity. Educational qualifications include an Executive Mini MBA Plus+ in Organisational Leadership from Aros Business Academy and studies at Business Academy College and DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
