Xavier Perrette

Xavier Perrette has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Starting from 1992, they worked as the Integrated Logistics Support Manager at Eurocopter, where they were responsible for the supportability concept of helicopters. In 2002, they joined AREVA as the Senior Expert in Dependability and life cycle management, where they focused on ensuring the availability and safety of energy projects. Xavier also held the role of Manager for international training services, catering to customers' training needs and designing solutions. From 2010 to 2012, Xavier worked as the Programme Director at the European Nuclear Energy Leadership Academy, designing and developing executive training programs in the field of CO2-free energy. Later, they joined AREVA as the Manager of Training Offers & Projects, focusing on human resources capacity building for CO2-free energy projects. Finally, they transitioned to CEA, where they served as the INSTN Development and Partnerships Director and later as the INSTN Vice President of International Relations, responsible for developing and implementing the institute's international strategy and coordinating activities with various stakeholders in the energy and health sectors.

Xavier Perrette completed an MBA in Business Management from the Centre d´Étude du Commerce Extérieur in 1990-1991. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Aeronautics with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering from the French Air Force Academy between 1987 and 1990.
