Guillaume Gallou

Guillaume Gallou is a seasoned professional in the field of artificial intelligence and technological innovation, currently serving as the Responsible for AI Programs in Manufacturing and Agri/Agro at CEA, a position held since December 2016. In this role, Guillaume coordinates the development and dissemination of AI technologies, enhancing industrial applications in the Future Industry and Digital Agriculture sectors. Prior to this, Guillaume held various positions at IVEA from October 2010 to December 2016, progressing from Project Manager to Head of the New Applications Service, overseeing project management and strategic partnerships in key sectors. Earlier experience includes roles at CEA from 2007 to 2010, where Guillaume developed and optimized laser-induced plasma spectroscopy (LIBS) for environmental monitoring while completing a doctoral thesis in analytical chemistry. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Analytical Chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and multiple degrees from Paris-Sud University in the fields of materials and physics.
