Romain Pondevie

Romain Pondevie has been serving as the Adjoint du chef du Service Recrutement et Pilotage des Effectifs at CEA since November 2019, where the recruitment team was recognized as the Best Corporate Recruitment Team in France for 2024. Responsibilities at CEA included ensuring the activation of all resources for talent acquisition and overseeing recruitment processes for functional departments. Prior to CEA, Romain worked at Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform as Chargé de Recrutement IT, managing recruitment needs for IT profiles and enhancing employer branding. Romain began a career in recruitment at AUSY, focusing on managing and recruiting internships and alternates across France, while also engaging in school relations. Earlier experiences include a Human Resources assistant role at the Conseil économique social et environnemental, and student work at Auchan. Romain holds a Master’s in Strategic Management and Change from ISM-IAE and has a Change Management Certification from Georgetown University.
