Andrea Baldolini's work experience spans multiple companies and roles.

- Starting in 2022, Andrea worked at CEAD Group, initially as a Sales Manager and later as the Head of Sales.

- Prior to that, Andrea worked at Coesia S.p.A. from 2016 to 2021. During this time, Andrea held several roles including Sales Area Manager & Key Account, Sales Coordinator for Implementation Tacton Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and Sales Area Manager. They also worked as Key Account Manager at FlexLink AB.

- In 2016, Andrea participated in the Coesia Engineering Graduate Program, a nine-month program where they gained skills in sales, marketing, operations, engineering, and supply chain management.

- Before Coesia S.p.A., Andrea completed a six-month internship as a Master Thesis Student at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, where they focused on Laser Technologies and worked on topics like reverse engineering, CAD & CAM development, and surface analysis.

- In 2015, Andrea served as a Project Leader at the Additive Manufacturing Laboratory at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.

- Prior to their professional career, Andrea gained valuable experience working in the hospitality industry as a Maître at Restaurant Anfora and as a Waiter at Hotel La Plage during the summer months from 2007 to 2014.

Andrea Baldolini has a strong educational background in mechanical engineering. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia. They then pursued further studies and completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Mechanical Engineering and Management, from the same university in 2016. During their academic journey, they also attained a Professional Practice Examination in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their academic achievements, Andrea has also acquired various certifications to enhance their professional skills. They completed the Coesia Leadership Sandbox program offered by Coesia S.p.A. in July 2021. In December 2020, they successfully completed the "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies & Skills" course at the University of Michigan. They also obtained certification in the "Negotiation Lab" from MIDA SpA in October 2020. In June 2020, they completed a course on "Make Decisions" offered by Impact. Furthermore, they acquired the "Account Management Techniques" certification from Miller Heiman Group in June 2017 and the "Business Game Simulation Project" certification from BTS in March 2017. Lastly, they obtained their Professional Practice Examination in Mechanical Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia in December 2016.
