Gaurav Phull

Gaurav Phull has extensive work experience in various roles within the tire industry. Gaurav started their career at CEAT Ltd as a Product Manager, responsible for managing the LCV and SCV categories. Gaurav then progressed to become a Sr. Regional Manager, overseeing the Meerut Regional Office and managing a network of dealers, franchises, and C&Fs. After that, Gaurav served as a Zonal Business Manager, implementing sales processes in the North zone.

Gaurav then joined Safexpress Pvt Ltd as a Business Head, handling the Delhi Regional Office and managing a large customer base. Gaurav was responsible for sales, retail growth, supply chain solutions, and franchise management.

Returning to CEAT Ltd, Gaurav held the positions of Category Head for the Commercial Business, where they focused on establishing and growing exclusive franchises and driving the NPD agenda. Gaurav later became the Category Head for the Agri, LCV, and SCV business, where they were responsible for delivering and establishing new products and implementing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.

Currently, Gaurav is the Chief Marketing Officer for CEAT's Off-highway tyre business, leading the marketing efforts and developing and executing communication strategies to improve brand salience in different geographies.

In their most recent role at CEAT Limited, Gaurav is the Head of Sales for CEAT's Off-highway tyre business in the geographies of South America, Africa, Asia (excluding India), and ANZ. Gaurav is responsible for driving the top-line and bottom-line numbers and has developed and executed go-to-market strategies in different regions.

Overall, Gaurav Phull has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in sales, marketing, category management, and business development throughout their career in the tire industry.

Gaurav Phull attended Delhi University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Gaurav then pursued an MBA in Marketing at the International Management Institute - IMI from 2003 to 2005. In 2016, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur for a course in Digital Marketing.
