Joan Oldfield, M.A.

Joan Oldfield, M.A. has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. From 2020 onwards, they have worked at CEB - Continuing Education of the Bar as a Solutions Consultant, initially for corporate and government accounts and later in a broader role. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they served as the Director of Human Resources for KMS Financial Services, Inc. As the first HR Director for the company, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources and was a member of the Executive Leadership Team. From 2000 to 2017, they worked at Oldfield and Associates as a Principal Consultant, where they served as an interim Talent Manager for a SaaS software organization and as an interim Human Resource Director for a software startup. Finally, from 2005 to 2011, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Serials Solutions, a division of ProQuest, LLC, where they provided organizational and talent strategies to the Executive team and played a key role in change management and employee relations efforts.

Joan Oldfield, M.A. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General from Arizona State University. Joan then pursued their Masters in Organization Systems Renewal specializing in Leadership and Organizational Development from Seattle University.
