Stephen Yap

Stephen Yap has over a decade of work experience in various industries. Stephen has held leadership positions in companies such as PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, where they currently serve as the Domestic Sales Division Head. In their role, they oversee the sales division of the company.

Prior to this, Stephen worked at 2317 Disinfection Hub as both a Management Consultant and Director Sales Operations. In these roles, they provided strategic guidance and led the expansion of the business, including acquiring new partners and launching consumer product lines.

Stephen also held positions at Robinsons Bank Corporation as the Agency Banking Division Head, where they were part of the pioneer team responsible for establishing agent performance metrics and processes to promote financial inclusion.

Before that, they worked at OYO Philippines as the Head of Business Development, leading a team of sales personnel and achieving notable rankings for new acquisitions. Stephen also worked at TrueMoney Philippines as the Sales Strategy Manager and Regional Sales Manager, where they provided analytical tools, improved sales processes, and established a new sales region.

Earlier in their career, Stephen served as the Area Sales Head at Globe Group, where they drove sales and distribution for Globe prepaid products, and as a Distributor Specialist at San Miguel Foods, where they were responsible for product distribution and merchandising.

Stephen's professional journey began at TNT, where they worked as a Territory Manager, and at RCBC as a Customer Relationship Associate.

Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to drive sales and business growth.

Stephen Yap attended San Beda College Alabang from 1990 to 2002, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they studied at the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Export Management.
