Rozan Abdulrahman

Director, Customer Success at Cecelia Health

Rozan is passionate about enhancing patient experiences and outcomes through technology, research and personalized care. She currently manages the team of Operations Directors at Cecelia Health, overseeing partners that include pharmaceutical companies, insurance payers and medical device companies.

Prior to joining Cecelia Health, Rozan managed a cross-functional team of 25 at Weill Cornell Medicine, working on the largest NIH-funded program in the nation, as part of the Precision Medicine Initiative. In her role, she managed the day-to-day operations of research enrollment across several clinical sites, set the strategic priorities and performance goals, and managed physician and leadership relationships. She has also launched and managed a brand-new Psychiatry Collaborative Care Center, leveraging telemedicine and EHR systems to improve efficiency.

Rozan has an MPH from Columbia University and a PMP certificate. She has been published in JAMA and AIDS and Behavior.

She is an avid traveler and enjoys hiking.
