Melissa Wooddell

Melissa Wooddell has extensive experience in business management and information technology, currently serving as Business Manager at Cecil County Government since August 2012. In this role, Melissa is challenged with the development and implementation of ITIL Service Desk best practices aimed at achieving cost-cutting and process improvement outcomes. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Independence Blue Cross from December 2005 to June 2012 as IT Portfolio and Resource Management Administrator, where responsibilities included monitoring and analyzing budget and forecast data for the Information Services Division, overseeing the transition between time tracking systems for a large organization, and developing corporate procedures. Melissa has proven skills in data analysis, team leadership, customer resolution, and training facilitation.
