Christine Moran

Christine Moran is an experienced professional with a diverse background in budget management, billing, and finance. Currently serving as the Agency Budget Specialist I at the Cecil County Health Department since December 2022, Christine manages essential tasks related to processing health program applications and verifying eligibility for Medicaid and the Maryland Children's Health Program.
