Will Kleinschmidt

Will Kleinschmidt is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C. since June 2016, Will has overseen project estimation, scheduling, bidding, negotiation, and contract execution across Wisconsin and Michigan. Previous roles at Ceco include Project Engineer II and Project Engineer I, where responsibilities encompassed structural analysis, formwork operations planning, and the creation of construction drawings. Prior to Ceco, Will was the owner of Klein Lawn & Landscape, successfully expanding the business to manage over 80 properties. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and an Associate’s Degree in Engineering from Inver Hills Community College.
