Alyson Richter

Alyson Richter serves as the Associate General Counsel and Director of Corporate Compliance for CECO Environmental Corporation since April 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing litigation and risk management, providing legal counsel, and managing outside legal resources. Alyson has also held the positions of Interim General Counsel and Acting Secretary to the Board of Directors, leading the legal functions of a public company with global operations. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Counsel at Alon USA Energy, Inc., and Attorney at various law firms, including Minor & Jester, P.C., and Vinson and Elkins. Alyson holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
