Sylvia Woelke

Sylvia Woelke is the current Deputy Chairwoman at CECONOMY. Sylvia has held various positions at different companies throughout their career. Sylvia started as the Administration Manager at Media Markt Ravensburg GmbH in 2001. In 2005, they became the Purchase Price Trainer at Media Markt Management GmbH. The following year, they became the Project Accounting Manager at Media-Saturn Holding GmbH. Sylvia held this position until 2017 when they became the Manager Corporate Risk Management & Internal Controls at CECONOMY AG. In their current position, they are responsible for the rollout and international implementation of a group wide internal control system.

Sylvia Woelke has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), a Master's degree in Management from SRH Fernhochschule - The Mobile University, and is a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Project Management Associate (CPMA).
