Tom Groos

Tom Groos has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at CED. In this position, they lead a team of 14 HR colleagues and is responsible for HR in the Netherlands. Tom is also involved in defining the European HR Agenda and focusing on the transformation and growth of the company and its employees. Prior to this, Tom worked as an HR Manager at CED. Additionally, they have experience as an HR Consultant and Program Manager at Centrum Veilig Wonen, a Senior Manager at Careermaker B.V., and an HR Advisor at COFELY GDF-SUEZ. Tom'searlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Manager at Careermaker B.V. and an Intercedent at Start People Medi Interim B.V. Tom has a strong background in various HR functions, including team management, operations, sales, business development, compliance, project management, and recruitment.

Tom Groos completed their Bachelor's degree in HRM at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2009. In 1999 to 2002, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from HBO Nederland. Additionally, they obtained a Havo diploma in Higher General Secondary Education (Havo) from IJsselcollege from 1993 to 1999. Tom Groos also pursued various short courses and masterclasses in different fields such as Perfecte offerte schrijven from Appalti in 2014, Masterclass Social Media and Masterclass Key Account Management from Mercuri in 2012, Sales Activity Management and Coachingsvaardigheden from Mercuri in 2011. Tom also completed a Post Bachelor Managment Development Program CED from BrainCompass from 2016 to 2018. Furthermore, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree through the program MBA in one day - Ben Tiggelaar in 2019.
