Rev. Lex Cade-White Mdiv, Mph, Bcc

Rev. Lex Cade-White MDiv, MPH, BCC has a diverse work experience in the field of spiritual care and chaplaincy. They have held leadership roles in various organizations, including Cedar Community as the Director of Spiritual Care, where they currently work. Prior to that, they served as an Instructor/Speaker at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and as the Ethics and Mission and Spiritual Care Health Equity Manager at Advocate Aurora Health. Rev. Lex Cade-White also has experience as a Health Equity (DEI) Chaplain at Aurora Sinai Medical Center, a University Chaplain at Lakeland University, and a Chaplain/Bereavement coordinator at Compassus. They have provided spiritual care and support to patients, families, and staff in different healthcare settings, including Grady Memorial Hospital and Emory Healthcare. Additionally, Rev. Lex Cade-White has worked as a Ministerial intern at All Souls Church and as the Director of Religious Education at First Parish Dorchester UU. Their work has involved leading worship services, teaching religion courses, facilitating intergroup dialogues, and overseeing religious education programs. They have a focus on health equity, diversity, and inclusion in their work and have contributed to policy development and education in healthcare practices.

Rev. Lex Cade-White holds a diverse education history. In 2005, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Religion and Psychology from Mount Holyoke College. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree at Episcopal Divinity School, specializing in Urban Ministry and Race Relations, completing their studies in 2012. Later, in 2019, they enrolled in Chamberlain University, where they earned a Master's degree in Public Health in 2021. Rev. Lex Cade-White also holds additional certification in Social and Behavioral Research, which they obtained in June 2021 from the CITI Program.
