Rev. Lex Cade-White MDiv, MPH, BCC has a diverse work experience in the field of spiritual care and chaplaincy. They have held leadership roles in various organizations, including Cedar Community as the Director of Spiritual Care, where they currently work. Prior to that, they served as an Instructor/Speaker at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and as the Ethics and Mission and Spiritual Care Health Equity Manager at Advocate Aurora Health. Rev. Lex Cade-White also has experience as a Health Equity (DEI) Chaplain at Aurora Sinai Medical Center, a University Chaplain at Lakeland University, and a Chaplain/Bereavement coordinator at Compassus. Later, in 2019, they enrolled in Chamberlain University, where they earned a Master's degree in Public Health in 2021. Rev. Lex Cade-White also holds additional certification in Social and Behavioral Research, which they obtained in June 2021 from the CITI Program.
