Jane Barnes

Jane Barnes, PHR, SHRM-CP, brings over 35 years of public sector HR experience to their role as a Human Resources Consultant at Cedar Concepts Corporation since April 2022, focusing on hiring niche talent and gaining insight into the manufacturing industry. Prior to this, Jane served as the Executive Director of Compensation Design & Strategy at City Colleges of Chicago from November 1998 to February 2019 and worked as a Personnel Analyst III for the City of Chicago from 1984 to 1998. Jane holds a Master's degree in Public Services Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Northwestern University.
