Gary Lance Ingram Jr. MS, LPC., NCC has a diverse work experience in the mental health field. Gary Lance started their career as a Specialist in the United States Army from 2007 to 2013. After that, they worked as a Blue Coat Ambassador at Texas A&M University-Central Texas from 2018 to 2020. Gary Lance also served as a Graduate Assistant and Interim Program Coordinator in Student and Civic Engagement at the same university during that time. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at Texas A&M University - Central Texas Student and Civic Engagement. In 2021, they joined Laurel Ridge Treatment Center as a Mental Health Therapist until 2022. Later, they worked at Killeen/Heights Vet Center as a Readjustment Counselor from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Client Services Acute and Clinical Therapist at Cedar Crest Hospital & Residential Treatment Center.

Gary Lance Ingram Jr. earned their Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Social Sciences from Central Texas College in 2015-2017. Gary Lance then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University–Central Texas from 2016 to 2018. Gary further enhanced their education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University–Central Texas from 2018 to 2020.
