John DiMarco

John DiMarco is the current Chief Executive Officer at CEDAR CX Technologies. John has been with the company since August 1999 and has held the position of CEO since January 2022.

Under John's leadership, the company successfully sold to Precisely, Inc. at the end of 2021, increasing the company's valuation significantly. John recruited and led the executive team that drove sales, improved EBITDA, and aligned with the acquirer to complete an exit that was favorable to shareholders.

John redesigned the company's go-to-market strategy to focus on the most profitable market opportunities. John expanded leverage of the reseller channel to rapidly grow sales without major increases in spending. John also rebranded the company to reflect its new focus and market demand. John balanced improved EBITDA with growth investments in sales and product development.

As a result of John's leadership, annual recurring revenue grew at a 25% CAGR (10% overall) while expanding the company's product offerings from batch document processing to the full digital spectrum, including real-time email, SMS, and Mobile Push alerts.

John has extensive experience with stock and option pricing, acquisition strategy, merger negotiation, due diligence support, and valuation modeling. John has managed multiple exit strategy processes for both strategic and private equity acquirers.

John DiMarco has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
