Jennifer Hoffman, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles related to digital content, commerce, product delivery, and e-commerce management. Jennifer started their career as a Bank Teller at The Middlefield Banking Company from 2001-2003. From 2003-2009, they worked as an Events & Communications Specialist at Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs. Following that, they served as a Marketing/Communications Administrative Assistant at the Foundation For The Carolinas in 2009, and then as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Elliott Davis, LLC from 2009-2010. In 2010, Jennifer joined Harris Teeter as a Sr. eCommerce Marketing Analyst. Jennifer also simultaneously worked as a Marketing Consultant/Freelancer at JHS Consulting from 2010-2011. Since 2014, Jennifer has been associated with Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, initially as an eCommerce Manager until 2020, then as a Director of Product Delivery until 2022, and currently as the Director of Digital Content & Commerce. Jennifer is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Jennifer Hoffman, PMP received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Mount Union from 2000 to 2004. Jennifer also attended Deakin University in 2003. Jennifer obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2019. Additionally, they have recently obtained the Agile Hybrid Project Pro Micro-Credential from the same institution in 2022.
