He has assisted Boards & CEOs of leading global and regional companies in developing and executing business strategy, as well as transforming business operations. He is an international expert on the Balanced Scorecard, having executed over 300 scorecards across industries. Sanjiv has driven over $3 Billion of foreign direct investment into Asia, and has assisted private equity firms make successful investments. He is well published, and has been a key note speaker at global conferences. A former YPO & WPO Chair, he is the author of ″Unlocking Human Capital to Drive Performance: A CEO Handbook″ published by McGraw Hill. His latest title ″Execution Excellence | Making Strategy Work using the Balanced Scorecard″, was globally released by J.Wiley and is a bestseller in its genre. Sanjiv also chairs the NYU Stern India Alumni Group, having attended the NYU Stern School of Business for his MBA. He has also done an AMP from the Harvard Business School.
