Michelle Geiman has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various leadership positions. Michelle recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Cedar Point Amusement Park. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Kings Island and as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Charleys Philly Steaks/ Bibibop Asian Grill. Michelle also held the role of Director of Human Resources at Ohio Dominican University, where they managed HR functions for 650 employees. Michelle has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, employee engagement, benefits management, and organizational development. Michelle has a strong track record of success, including implementing effective employee benefit programs, leading virtual work environments during the Covid-19 pandemic, and achieving cost savings through bid evaluations and negotiations. Michelle has also excelled in coaching, counseling, and investigations related to performance, labor relations, and workplace issues.

Michelle Geiman has a strong education background, with a focus on leadership and organizational change. Michelle obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University. Prior to that, they completed their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Business: Leadership and Organizational Change at Otterbein University. Michelle also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, where they studied human resources, industrial & labor relations, and international business.

In addition to their formal education, Michelle has pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. Michelle obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2015. In July 2006, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Most recently, Michelle completed certifications in "How to Have a Happier Workweek" from LinkedIn in April 2023 and "Social and Behavioral Research" from the CITI Program in February 2023.
