Tyler Olson is currently the CEO of Paulson Electric and the President of SiteGen Solar. They serve as a City Council Member for the City of Cedar Rapids and previously held the position of Board Secretary for the Iowa Solar Energy Trade Association from 2016 to 2022. Tyler's experience also includes serving as a State Representative in the Iowa Legislature from 2007 to 2015 and working as an Associate Lawyer at Bradley & Riley PC from 2003 to 2008. Tyler earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Claremont McKenna College and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.
