Carlos Bonner

Mr. Bonner joined Cedar Realty Trust in March 2021, where he has primary responsibility for development operations and asset management for the firm’s portfolio of real estate assets. Prior to and since 2016, Carlos served as Vice of President for Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners leading development strategy, execution, leasing, operations, and institutional investor relations for the firm. Carlos is an accomplished real estate professional with more than 22 years of experience in acquisition, deal structuring, project execution, leasing, and asset management for several notable mixed-use, residential, and office projects in the US totaling over 7 million square feet and $2.5 billion dollars. He has had held real estate development and private equity leadership positions at public and private institutions, including Skanska USA, PNC Realty Investors, JPI, and Hines. Carlos holds an M.B.A from The Wharton School of Business and B.A. in Economics from Morehouse College.
