Lauren Licausi

Ms. Licausi has been the Head of Human Resources at Cedar Realty Trust since January 2010. In this role, she oversees human capital management including employee benefits programs, payroll and compensation, employee development, talent acquisition, wage and labor compliance, and performance management. Prior to joining Cedar, Ms. Licausi was employed by St. John’s University from 2003 to 2009, first as a Benefits Specialist and then as Human Resources Generalist. She received both an B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from Marist College and holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
