Kellee Murray-Morales

Kellee Murray-Morales, SHRM-SCP, serves as the VP of Human Resources at Cargas Systems since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of HR Business Partner at 2U and Somatus, as well as leadership positions in culture and center experience at U-GRO Learning Centres. Kellee's extensive background in human resources began at Lancaster General Health and Bosch Security Systems, with responsibilities ranging from HR business partnering to benefits specialization. Kellee also contributed as an adjunct instructor at Penn State University. Kellee holds an MBA from Lebanon Valley College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Risk Management and Human Resources, from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Ongoing professional development includes participation in the Women President's Organization and past involvement with Vistage Worldwide, Inc.
