Geneva Dougal

When she was a young girl, Portland native Geneva remembers her grandfather’s printing company serving the Robison Jewish Home, the precursor to Cedar Sinai Park. Geneva graduated from Marylhurst University with a bachelor of arts in interdisciplinary studies (with an emphasis in business, human resources, and psychology), and she joined Cedar Sinai Park’s Human Resources department in 2015 as a generalist. She became a senior human resources generalist in November 2020. Prior to Cedar Sinai Park, Geneva was a human resources coordinator at the OHSU School of Nursing and a human resources administrator for Fred Meyer for eight years. Geneva loves their tightly-woven community and she sees her role as one of serving residents by serving employees. If she wasn’t in human resources, Geneva says she would pursue social work in gerontology!
