Sam Nahimov assists with asset management strategies for the company’s multifamily portfolio. Her last position was in the secondary mortgage market with Freddie Mac as a Senior Underwriting Analyst, where she underwrote over $400MM in loan proceeds for multifamily properties across the Midwest. Sam graduated from the University of Iowa where she studied Finance and Statistics.
