Liz Ratto

Liz Ratto is the current Head of People at Cedar. Prior to their current position, they were the Head of People at TrialSpark from August 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they were the VP of Organizational Development at Clover Health from December 2014 to August 2018. Ratto began their career as a Support Lead at Microsoft from May 2012 to December 2014. Liz then became the Manager of Phone Support and Advocacy for the Ning division at Glam Media from May 2011 to May 2012. Throughout their career, Liz has been committed to promoting recognition, real-time feedback, and performance management. Liz has also overseen HR and benefits administration and compliance, and streamlined employee onboarding and off-boarding processes. In addition, they have built and rolled out a People Operations knowledge base to support and accelerate employee onboarding and satisfaction. Liz has also instituted practices and learning programs that supported transparent communication, promoted inclusion, and helped their previous companies solidify their culture. Lastly, they have created a safe environment where employees felt comfortable tapping People Operations for support and guidance. As a result of their dedication to their work, Liz has become an invaluable asset to any organization they are a part of.

Their manager is Arel Lidow, Co-Founder & Co-Chief Maker. They are on a team with Yohann Smadja - Head of Data Science, Michael Maag - Head of Product, and Amy Stillman - Head of Design.
