Kimberly Perry has a work experience in human resources, specializing in senior HR roles. Kimberly started their career as the Director of Human Resources at Henry Ford Village in 2006 and held that position until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at FOX RUN VILLAGE C/O ERICKSON LIVING MANAGEMENT, LLC. In 2018, they became the Director of Talent Acquisition at American Workforce until 2019. From 2019 until 2021, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Henry Ford Village again.
