Dr. Crystal Lawson DNP, RN, CENP is a seasoned nursing leadership professional with extensive experience in nursing professional development and education. Current roles include Leadership Development Consultant and Interim Director at Cedars-Sinai, where responsibilities involve assessing and strategizing improvements for nursing professional development initiatives, alongside positions at the Advisory Board and as Founder and CEO of We Rise Up, LLC. Previous roles encompass Senior Director of Nurse Leader Development at Ascension National Nursing Center of Excellence and Director of Education at the American Organization for Nursing Leadership.
