Brydie Bailey

Brydie Bailey is an experienced professional in leadership development and learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Leadership Development at The University of Queensland since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Learning & Development Specialist at RSL Queensland, where Brydie designed and delivered enterprise learning programs, achieving high recommendation rates for leadership development initiatives. A significant tenure at RACQ spans over two decades, encompassing various leadership roles including Leadership Development Coach/Consultant and Team Leader Learning & Development Programs, where Brydie implemented the first enterprise learning management system and developed comprehensive L&D solutions. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of New England, and certifications in project management and training and assessment.
