Richard Suzuki

Richard Suzuki, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of bioengineering, currently serving as a Senior Grant Writer at Cedars-Sinai since August 2018, where responsibilities include the preparation of scientific documents such as grant proposals and research manuscripts. Prior to this role, Richard held positions at Celling Biosciences as Director of Biomaterials and Research Scientist, providing scientific support and consulting in the development of commercial biomaterials and cell therapy systems. Earlier experience includes a Research Engineer role at Southwest Research Institute, focusing on materials engineering technologies, and a Post-doc Researcher position at La Jolla Bioengineering Institute, investigating chemical interactions relevant to tissue engineering.
