Tamer Azmy

Tamer Azmy is an accomplished professional in the field of cybersecurity, currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security and Deputy CISO at Cedars-Sinai since June 2016. Prior to this role, Tamer held positions at Southern California Edison from May 2010 to June 2016, including Manager of Cybersecurity Engineering and Cyber Security Engineer. Tamer's career began at Maersk Logistics, where responsibilities included serving as Transportation Manager from August 2000 to February 2006. Tamer holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Penn State College of Information Sciences and Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and Computer Networks from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University-Long Beach.
