Ueli Rutishauser

Ueli Rutishauser is a Professor of Neurosurgery, Neurology, and Biomedical Sciences at Cedars-Sinai, holding the Board of Governors Chair in Neurosciences. Responsibilities include directing the human systems neuroscience group and leading the Center for Neural Science and Medicine, overseeing research activities and faculty coordination. Additionally, Ueli serves as a Visiting Associate at the California Institute of Technology in the Computation & Neural Systems Program. Previous positions include Junior Group Leader at the Max-Planck Institut for Brain Research and various roles at Caltech, ranging from postdoctoral scholar to graduate student. Ueli's early career includes positions as Chief Technology Officer at eas consulting gmbh and International Officer for the Young Liberals of Switzerland. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computation and Neural Systems from Caltech and a BS in Computer Science & Software Engineering from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil.
