Ernest H.s. Chan

Ernest H.S. Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving on the Appeal Board Panel for Town Planning at the Development Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government since September 2024, Chan is also the Founder and Managing Director of AESIR LIMITED, managing key functional teams and overseeing product management in special education and rehabilitation.
