Klims Saikins has a diverse work experience. Klims started their career at CEDES in 2012 as an Electronics Engineer Apprentice, where they worked until 2015. Klims then joined ESPROS Photonics AG for a short period as an Electronics Engineer Apprentice. In 2016, they returned to CEDES as a Hardware Software Engineer and later took on the role of Embedded Software Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Innovation at CEDES.
