Riccardo Sonnessa

Riccardo Sonnessa has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving at Cefla since July 2006 as IT Business Service Medical Equipment and holding multiple roles including innovation board member and ICT Sales Order Management, where support is provided for the sales order process across all Cefla companies. Key areas of expertise include CRM, ERP, BI, system integration, sales order configurator, and sales automation. Previous roles include IT Project Manager, overseeing CRM solutions, system integration, JD Edwards ERP, business intelligence, and web management. Prior to Cefla, Riccardo worked at Technogym from September 2002 to July 2006 and at IBM from January 2000 to July 2002 as an IT Web Specialist focused on web projects. Riccardo holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 1999.
