Lance Kearbey

Lance Kearbey serves as the Group VP of Operations & Supply Chain at Pentair since February 2022. Prior to this role, Lance held various senior positions at Electrolux from October 2009 to January 2022, including Chief Operations Officer, overseeing operations across the US, Mexico, and Canada for a $4.5 billion revenue business. Notable accomplishments include implementing systems that improved on-time delivery and productivity while reducing accident rates and defects. Earlier in their career, Lance gained extensive experience at Victory Packaging, Valeo Electrical Systems, and Electrolux in roles ranging from General Manager to Lead Project Manager. Lance holds a BS in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
