Alex Goode Mrics

Alex Goode MRICS is an experienced investment manager currently working at CEG since February 2022. Prior to this role, Alex served as an asset manager at The Instant Group from November 2016 to February 2022, overseeing asset management across the UK and EMEA property portfolio. Alex also held positions as an associate director and associate within The Instant Group's Managed Office team. Earlier experience includes working as a corporate hotel valuer at Christie + Co from October 2014 to 2016, valuing hotels across the UK and Europe, and serving as a surveyor at Morgan Pryce from September 2012 to August 2014, where client representation and project management services were provided. Alex began professional training with internships at Land Securities and Jones Lang LaSalle in 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science (BSc) with honors in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University and education at Cranleigh School from 2003 to 2008.
