Antoine Rivière

Antoine Rivière has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Technicien micro-informatique at C2A INFORMATIQUE. From 2002 to 2005, they served as the Responsable informatique at CUIR CCM. Antoine then joined I.O.D.E. as a Gestionnaire de parc informatique from 2005 to 2009. Following this, Antoine worked at PORTAILPRO as a Chef de projet Web associé from 2009 to 2011, and at Econocom as a Responsable Opérationnel de Compte from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Field Services Operational Manager at T-Systems France, and later transitioned to the role of International Operations & Production Manager - Airbus Helicopters from 2016 to 2021. Antoine then became the Head of Customer Operations at T-Systems France from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Service Manager at Cegedim Insurance Solutions, starting in 2023.

Antoine Rivière began their education in 2011 when they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN. In 2019, they acquired both the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Operation and the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Operational Support and Analysis from PeopleCert. In 2022, Antoine completed the course "Naviguer dans le monde professionnel" from Willmann Technologies. Additionally, in 2022, they enrolled in the emlyon business school, pursuing an Executive Master Management Général, which they are expected to complete in 2023. To further enhance their credentials, Antoine obtained the Executive Master Management Général certification from emlyon executive education in May 2023.
