Mercier Gael has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

From 2022 until the present, Mercier Gael has been working as a Responsable Grands Comptes et Support Clients Santé (Tiers-Payant) at Cegedim Insurance Solutions. In this role, they maintain daily client relationships, monitor needs and performance indicators, and act as a central point of contact for client requirements.

From 2020 to 2022, Mercier Gael served as a Responsable Plateforme Santé (Tiers-Payant) at GRANDVISION FRANCE. Their responsibilities included managing a team of 55 people and overseeing various aspects of billing and payment processing. They implemented a new organizational structure and monitored teletransmissions and returns.

From 2019 to 2020, Mercier Gael worked as a Responsable de sites at GESTFORM. They managed physical and digital workflow processes, specifically in human resources, finance, and banking for major clients.

From 2016 to 2019, Mercier Gael held positions at BILANS SERVICE. They first served as a Responsable des projets transverses, focusing on data optimization and value creation. Later, they became the Responsable de Production, managing a team of 40 people and ensuring reliable data entry and the implementation of innovative technologies.

From 2011 to 2016, Mercier Gael was the Responsable Opérationnel (Presse) at l'Argus de la Presse. They oversaw multiple sites and managed a team of 175 people. Their responsibilities included press and web services, logistics, subscriptions, and print and digital production. They successfully harmonized practices across different locations.

Prior to that, Mercier Gael held various roles in the publishing industry. They were the Directeur de l'information et du pré-presse at Offiweb - L'Officiel des Spectacles from 2009 to 2011, responsible for information research and layout management. They also served as the Responsable fabrication du service publishing et Développement éditoriale at ELWOOD, Digital & Marketing Services in 2008 and as a Coordinateur éditorial at Labrador (France) in 2008. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Directeur de la publication at Sporti(k), and from 2002 to 2007, they worked as the Directeur de production (pré-presse) at Le Nouvel Economiste.

Mercier Gael completed the following education programs in chronological order:

- In 1992-1994, they attended Notre Dame de la Paix and earned a B.T.S in Communication et Actions Publicitaires, with a focus on general communication.

- Lastly, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Lean Management Six Sigma (Black-Belt) from Cubik Partners & L'École Centrale Paris Executive Education.
