Stéphanie CANAC has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Stéphanie started their career at TELEGESTION- GROUPE MOLITOR in 2002 as a Responsible for Operations Management. During their time there, they effectively handled operational management for a portfolio of 150,000 protected individuals, leading a team of up to 40 employees. Stéphanie implemented efficient management methodologies and control measures that improved health ratios by up to 10 points. Since 2017, Stéphanie has worked at Cegedim Insurance Solutions as the Director of Client Relationship BPO. Stéphanie'sresponsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction, collaborating with operational teams to track quantitative and qualitative performance, and implementing continuous improvement plans. Stéphanie also oversees the management of third-party payment services and delegated management.

Stéphanie CANAC has a strong educational background in law and insurance. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Université de Bordeaux, where they earned a DESS (Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées) in Droit des assurances (Insurance Law) and a DEA (Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies) in Droit privé général (General Private Law). Additionally, in December 2015, they obtained a certification in "Diriger un centre de profit, une business unit" (Managing a Profit Center, a Business Unit) from Cegos.
