Heather Sadler

Heather Sadler is a seasoned business analyst and software product owner currently working with Cegeka as part of the Horizon Team since March 2024. Heather's prior experience includes nearly two decades at PepsiCo, where significance in IT management was demonstrated through various roles, including IT Knowledge Management Product Owner, IT Service Transition Lead, and West Europe Region IT Service Management Lead. Responsibilities included developing a strategy for knowledge preservation, overseeing service transitions, managing budgets, and coordinating risk and compliance agendas. Additionally, Heather managed technology project deliveries and executed network site migrations across multiple countries in West Europe. Earlier experience includes IT contracting with MI Support UK Ltd and IT support with Inter Alliance.
