Pieter Johanson

Pieter Johanson is an experienced manager in service delivery and client relations, currently serving as Manager of Service Delivery Management at Cegeka Nederland since September 2017, leading a team of 20 staff members and managing the P&L for the Outsourcing NL organization. Prior experience includes roles at Capgemini as Senior Client Manager and Senior Service Delivery Manager, overseeing various outsourcing contracts and transformation programs. Pieter has also held significant positions at Huawei, Avaya, Nortel, and KPN, focusing on operational strategy, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and business development across multiple sectors including energy and public services. Pieter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and a Master certificate in Project Management from Washington State University.
