Anna Metz

Anna Metz currently serves as the HR and Social Law Reference and HR Project Manager at Cegelec CEM (VINCI Energies) since September 2022, where responsibilities include conducting recruitment processes, managing interim staff administration, and enhancing employer branding. Previously, Anna worked as an HR Partner apprentice at BD from October 2019 to September 2020, supervising the recruitment of apprentices and interns, advising managers, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. Anna's earlier experience includes a role as a Policy Writer and Social Law Jurist at Audiens, focusing on legal documentation and project participation, and consultancy positions at DL DEVELOPPEMENT and Maximis. Anna holds a Level 6 RNCP title in Human Resources Management from CESI École Supérieure de l’Alternance and advanced degrees in Social Law and Business Law from the University of Montpellier and the University of Perpignan.
